Small-batch, LA made. We started Romi Fragrances because we believed perfume should actually be fun, not a set of rules about what to wear and when. Vanilla in the summer? Obviously. A heavy, dark scent on a Tuesday in July? Love that idea. The idea that fragrance has a season, a dress code, an occasion, we never really bought into that.
