Fragrances

Are your products allergen free?

No! Some scents contain products like Coumarin and Benzyl Salicylate. These products will be noted in the ingredients section of each scent. 

Are your products cruelty and phthalate free?

Yes! All our fragrance oils and aroma chemicals are cruelty and phthalate free.

Do you offer free samples?

Samples are included as available and are not guaranteed with every purchase. We add them in when supply allows, so think of them as a bonus rather than a standard part of your order.

Shipping

Do you offer Free Shipping?
We offer Free Shipping on orders $60 or more. 

Do you ship internationally? 
We currently only offer shipping in the United States! We hope to ship beyond the U.S soon!

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 3 to 6 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Tracking information is sent once an order is prepared for shipment.

Processing times may extend up to 7 business days. Any extended processing timelines will be clearly stated on our website, and customers will receive communication regarding delays when applicable.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
